Credits you pay for, yes — a credit you buy today is still spendable in three years, with no validity period, no monthly reset and no dormancy fee. Free credits bundled with a pack are the exception: they arrive in instalments across the pack's validity window and anything unspent lapses when it closes.
Packs that include free credits hand them over in instalments — monthly, quarterly, whatever the pack says — across its validity window, starting the day you buy. Each instalment lands automatically; there is nothing to claim. Spending always draws on free credits first and on the soonest to expire, so you are never left burning paid credits while free ones run out.
If our upstream provider errors out, the credit is refunded automatically and you will see the refund in your credit history. A legitimate "no record found" is a real answer, so that one is billed.
Every purchase generates an invoice under Credits → Invoices. Add your GSTIN in your profile before buying and it will appear on the invoice.
Yes. Create a key under Account → API keys and call POST /api/v1/verify/{check}. It draws from the same credit balance as the dashboard.
