We provide verification lookups against publicly available and licensed registry data. We return what the source returns; we do not guarantee that a source is complete, current or free of error.
You must give an accurate email address and mobile number. Access to the dashboard requires a verified email. You are responsible for everything done under your account and API keys.
Checks are billed in prepaid credits. Credits do not expire. Credits carry no cash value, are not transferable between accounts, and are not interest-bearing. A credit is consumed when a check returns a definitive answer, including a "no record found" answer. Credits are refunded automatically when our provider fails to complete a check.
Do not use the service to harass, profile or discriminate unlawfully, to bulk-scrape registries, to resell raw data as your own database, or in any way that breaches Indian data-protection law or the terms of the underlying registry.
We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced where practical.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for decisions you take based on verification results.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account for non-payment, abuse, or where we are legally required to. Unused credits on an account we terminate without cause are refundable.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of your registered city.
